At The Case Factory, every product is made exclusively for you.

Unlike traditional retailers, we do not maintain ready inventory. Each phone case is custom-manufactured and printed only after your order is placed. As soon as your order is successfully placed, it is immediately processed and sent into production to ensure the fastest possible dispatch.

Order Cancellation

As our products are made to order, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

We kindly request that you carefully review the following before completing your purchase:

• Device model
• Design selection
• Shipping address
• Contact details

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our support team immediately. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee any changes once production has begun.

The Case Factory reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product or material unavailability
• Payment verification issues
• Delivery service restrictions
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Any unforeseen operational circumstances

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the sealed package being opened, along with the product and the defect.
• Clear photographs of the defect may also be requested to help verify the issue.

Please note that replacements will not be provided for:

• Damage caused after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
• Incorrect device model selected while placing the order
• Minor variations in colour that may occur due to screen/display differences

Once the claim is verified, a replacement will be processed at no additional charge.
